IN 1985…

The CDS company was founded in San Pellegrino di Norcia in 1985, initially as a family-run company very active in the residential, industrial and public construction sectors.

Since its inception, the company, thanks to the entrepreneurial commitment of the Simoni family, has sought to combine artisanal technical skills with cutting-edge technologies, solutions, and materials, to the benefit of the high quality of its building projects.

IN 2004...

Subsequently, the company was registered in the National Register of Waste Managers, acquiring the skills and certifications necessary to carry out the delicate task of asbestos remediation and disposal. Over the years, C.D.S. Amianto has also specialized in the construction of new roofs, counting among its achievements important projects throughout Central Italy, from Spoleto, the city where the company is headquartered, to Norcia, Foligno, Rieti, Terni, but also Tuscany, Lazio, and Marche.

SINCE 2015 FABIO AND RITA...

With tenacious work and great commitment and dedication, today Fabio and Rita are leading the company towards new goals by extending its scope to the retail sale of building materials and hardware.

Hence the opening of the store in Spoleto.

IN 2020

Due to the success and prominence CDS has acquired in just a few years in the building materials sector, further expansion is necessary. A showroom for decorative paints and a bathroom furniture showroom are built. The product range is expanded to include plumbing and heating.
